Our guidance is based on official Japanese government sources. Requirements and procedures can change, and individual cases differ, so we always recommend confirming details against the original sources or with a qualified immigration professional before you file.
Any visa details you enter into the tracker — card dates, visa type, checklist progress — stay in your browser using localStorage. They are never sent to a server, and there is no account or sign-in. The site uses privacy-respecting analytics only to count visits; it does not collect your personal visa information.
